My name is romnick francisco 33, from zamboanguita Negros Oriental. I've started working in a BPO company since 2016 my first job was with TSI teleconnect service incorporated as a telemarketer for an auto insurance for 1 year and 8 months, then after that, I was with Global contact services as an appointment setter for AT&T well I had to leave due to management reason, they had to layoff new hires and I was one of the new hires so, I've decided to move to peak outsourcing under Ngage department where I stayed for 3 years and 4 months as a bilingual chat support associate I handle Spanish and English chats and giving them appropriate lawyers and specialist fit for their concerns.
