I've been a Customer Service Representative for almost 6 years. I've handled different accounts, such as, banking, retail and telecommunications. I've completed a General Virtual Assistant Course which helped me to become equipped and gain more knowledge for my new endeavor.

I'm always up for a challenge which will benefit my growth. I love exploring things that's outside my comfort zone. I'm a very responsible person who make sure that all assigned tasks are completed and done in near perfection.
