I've been in the bpo industry since July of 2006. I handled Outbound Sales and Appointment Setting accounts. I arrive at the office at least an hour before my shift. I don't get absent nor late to my work. I am patient and persistent on my work. I don't deviate from the company's prescribed script. I strictly follow company's policy and ask the qualifying questions mandated by the company and diligently make sure that all of the necessary questions required were asked. I make sure that I am equiped with the necessary information about the product and the company that I am promoting or pushing over the phone to my prospective leads to gain their trust and interest. I always make sure that I have the latest information if there are changes with the price of my product and if there are recent improvements or upgrades on our products and or services. I always keep in mind how my product and services will improve the current situation of the prospect before making the call. I always see to it to send the message across, the Value of my product and services and create urgency.
