My main purpose of starting a career as a virtual assistant is the desire to enjoy the other things in life like travelling and more time for my family while still earning a living. Also, I am a goal-oriented person that is why the nature of this job is right for me because it is more output-based in a given in a certain period of time. The are no restrictions of reporting regularly in an office set-up.

I have extensive experience (8 years) in working in the BPO industry in a managerial capacity dealing with accounts related to banking and finance specifically credit card collections. In line with my work, I was able to use applications (i.e Microsoft Office) that allowed me to organize data and other sensitive information. I am also well trained in data analysis that will consequently provide solutions to client concerns. Client satisfaction is the utmost priority.
