I am currently managing a dynamic team of developers in a BPO offshore company in Davao with extensive application of Agile Methodologies, driving the team to deliver projects on time and with good quality. I was a Senior Software Developer with extensive experience developing web applications with several programming platforms in Singapore for 5 years. I started my career in the IT industry way back in May 2006 and with the experiences that I have acquired since, I now have full knowledge and experience in the development of a full life cycle of the software project; from requirements gathering, prototyping, architectural design, interfacing and implementation, testing and maintenance. I am also able to develop, innovative as well as do creative solutions both in web and mobile application platforms. I have full knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows servers. I am an open-minded developer and a good team player. I am passionate in everything that I do and I always strive to learn more.
