Fullstack developer
Development of a project named COSOC 1.0 - a system for automating and informational and analytical
support for managing processes ensuring the integrated security of a control object, performed in daily
mode or in emergency / crisis situations using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, ChartJS. At the moment,
the system is actively used in the Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications (Rospechat) and the
Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations (FANO).
Made an adaptive expert system for identifying and eliminating faults in the MS-21 aircraft, based on the
COSOC 1.0 system, using the same stack of technologies.
Alone developed frontend part of COSOC 2.0. The new version of the system makes a possibility to quickly
respond to public reports of environmental pollutions with React/Redux, Leaflet, developed for Ministry of
Ecology and Nature Management.
А global decentralized blockchain platform where participants help each other to make consumer choices is
in development. I am a Fullstack developer in this project. Backend is Node.js with Express framework,
database is MongoDB 4.0 (we are using cloud version), for authentication I used PassportJS, the frontend
part is written using React/Redux.
My competence includes support and refinement of the portals of multifunctional centers for Nizhny
Novgorod region - http://umfc-no.ru and for Yaroslavl region - https://mfc76.ru/ using HTML, CSS,
JavaScript, XML/XSLT;

About me
I was engaged in the deployment of IP-telephony in Rospechat based on the CISCO system. Passed
courses in MySQL databases. Participated in case-championships from Changellenge. Took part in
hackathons from IBM using their blockchain solution IBM Hyperledger fabric. I speak English at a
upper-intermediate level. I am able to work alone, as a member of a team or even act in the position of a
teamleader. I've been working remotely for many years. I love creating web-services and single page
applications, a bit less creating static sites, it is really boring))))
Personal qualities:
Stress resistance: it is when on the clock is 4 in the morning, and the system needs to be modified to a
working condition, because there are only 5 hours left before we should present the well performing
prototype. The show starts, and you, while watching the work on the main server, notice that you have
errors in the console and urgently update the main server, in the hope that they didn’t have time to start
showing this part. Fortunately, fatigue is not a hindrance, and you have time to quickly replace the files.
Sociability: I am interested in what people do, what technologies they use.
Hobby: I like to be active, some of my hobbies include kayaking, rafting, basketball, volleyball, skiing and
football. I participate in a amateur football league of MIPT.
