I have had more than twenty (20) years of experience in the fields of manufacturing, customer service, operations, and management. I possess a hands-on approach in business, deliver high quality of management, and ensure to exceed expectations.

                In recent years, I have undertaken home-based jobs as I banked on skills I was very good at. I took on online transcription (non-medical) as well as data entry which also entailed research. This gave me the opportunity to earn and at the same time, handle all my responsibilities with my family more effectively. Correspondingly, I had more time for myself so this move has been a great change holistically.

                 I am open to venturing to other fields of work that I may acquire new knowledge and skill sets. These will support me in my aim to be learned and well informed of the current trends and processes in various business fields. I am very much willing to undergo training and development on other technical skills.
