Roliezl Karina Malaca

My name is Roliezl Karina but most of my friends called me Roz. Well my work experience took me to the remote world for over 4 years handling a wide variety of roles over the profession I was chose, from being an Admin Assistant to Customer Service. Yes I have not been able to practice my college degree however, and nevertheless I enjoy what I am doing now and that is helping people make a difference, a better difference in accomplishing their goals. I work from home and in this manner I can earn a living and at the same time create some quality time with my family and the most exciting fun part is that I get to learn more and more each time. And like the people from all walks of industries, and acquire new strategies and skills as I engaged myself in a whole lot of different business owner around the globe. It is solely not just about what I already know now but I believe it is what I am capable of and that should give me the edge of making a difference worthwhile. 

I have worked as a customer service representative and Administrative assistant, i mainly focus on assisting customer's with the highest level of service, doing day to day paper works and reports, processing orders, posting content on social media sites, I'm also joining to Zoom meeting with my client before and do other admin task. I am a highly motivated and a quick learner person, I also give importance to time, i always want to do my job well in a timely manner. I am easy to communicate with, i quickly understand instructions, but sometimes i also work and analyze things on my own, because i want to give my Clients a more convenient and easier life at work. I am confident that with my level of expertise and experience i will be very helpful for you and your company and I am pretty sure that I am the one that you are looking for!
