In my previous jobs in the call center industry I have handled tasks such as order taking for sales accounts, work order preparations and detailing for technical support accounts among other tasks. Over the years in the call center industry, I have trained myself to make it second-nature to be efficient when it comes to details and to be accurate when handling information and encoding then into the system. I also am a person who keeps promises and fulfills commitments. these are the reasons why I am well suited for this job.
