Virtual Assistant- Mortgage Broker Compliance/Advertising Specialist — NEXA

In this role, I checked documents for loan originators to ensure qualification for
loans and reviewed social media platforms used for advertising. I reviewed and
ensured that new or updated policies, standards, and procedures were accurate
and aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Additionally, I
was responsible for sending multiple emails to loan officers for compliance
checks on social media platform.

I served as the person in charge when the team leader was unavailable,
