It's been 8 years since I started working in a BPO industry. Technical Support Agent for Verizon DSL was my first experience as a Call center Agent. I spent more than 2 years there. Then I joined Startek Philippines handling AT&T Mobility as a Customer Service Agent. I also worked with JP Morgan Chase Bank as a Telephone Banker for almost 3 years. But prior to joining the BPO world, I used to work as a Business Development Executive for more than 3 years and some other contractual jobs locally while I was studying way back in college.
My short and long stay with all those companies has taught me so much lessons which helped me developed my skills and other talents.
I have no experience working at home yet with a foreign employer but if given a chance, I will make sure that hiring me is the best decision they are going to make.
I am a very responsible person. Whenever something is assigned to me, I always make sure that I finish it on time. Commitment is very important to me. I am a person who values Quality over Quantity. Meaning, I don't rush things. I work slowly but surely.
I am a trainable person and a fast learner. I can work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
