I am a customer service professional with experience finding resolutions that help customers and companies reach their goals. My diverse background has molded me into a customer service professional with a unique approach to resolving customer issues.

 I believe teamwork and the hunger for knowledge in the workplace is key to success, a tenet I live out through participation in different online discussion groups to assist different users. 

 I am very flexible and available to work any shift where I can be beneficial to the team.My passion for learning and teaching others make 1:1 demonstrations perfect for me. I have come to love resolving different technical issues and using spreadsheets for different things.
