I am a highly skilled and adaptable IT professional with over 10 years of experience in the IT support and infrastructure space, particularly in managed service provider (MSP) environments. My background includes hands-on expertise in Level 1 to Level 3 support, managing everything from end-user technical issues to server, network, and cloud infrastructure.
In my previous roles, I have supported a wide range of technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365 administration, Azure AD, Hyper-V virtualization, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Intune, and security solutions like SentinelOne. I’ve worked with major RMM and PSA platforms like Datto RMM, ConnectEWise, and Autotask, and have been responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining IT environments for multiple clients.
A key strength of mine is my ability to troubleshoot complex issues methodically while maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and stakeholders. I take pride in my customer-first mindset, and I’ve often been recognized for my calm demeanor during high-pressure scenarios. I’ve also had exposure to documentation tools such as IT Glue and backup solutions like Veeam and Datto.
