During my time at Queensland Glass I was responsible for the overall duties of the company’s
graphics team– a leader in the production and installation of both glass and wall graphics and
other glazing products, my primary roles were the carrying out of installation projects, sometimes
running into the $100,000s, client relationship building, on site communications, staff training,
product development, film and graphics consultancy and team building. All drawing on my
administration and relationship management experience gained in my previous roles in customer
service. In this role I could utilise my strong interpersonal and communication skills to assist the
various departments in achieving both their and their client goals.

Queensland’s largest and best Post Production companies and with that, a highly challenging and
rewarding role managing its clients. In this role I focussed on the customer relations and support
pertaining to Cutting Edge’s multimedia products as well as catering to any and all client
requirements that might surface in this unpredictable field. The experience further educated me
and helped develop my inter-personal relationship skills greatly.
