I've been in the business of the call center since 2017. I've learned a lot about, shipping, technical support with modems, mobile phones and TV boxes.
However, I'm looking for something new. I'm trying to know more about the different topics this business has to offer.
I'm a very fast learner, and I'm always trying to be better day after day. Since I've been working with more than 3 tools at the same time, I think I'm able to handle every task I have to deal with.
I believe that, the way you treat a customer, says a lot about the agent and also the company. I'm always trying to do my work with punctuality, respect, kindness, loyalty and enthusiasm.
