This is a distributed SaaS company that designs and sells a Candidate Relationship Management platform that leverages chatbots to handle all the
pre-screening of potential hires. This has become the best ally for recruitment
teams in companies such as Teleperformance, Manpower, and Walmart. I
designed and developed around a dozen new chatbots, expanded their NLP
capabilities by 80%, and adapted them to three Spanish dialects.

At this Canadian consulting firm I wrote and developed content for clients and,
along with a small team, came up with ways of distributing it to increase
audiences and foster community growth. Doing this, I helped several blockchain startups build their following to the thousands and raise millions of
dollars in capital. We created ebooks, email drips, newsletters, social media
content, and blog posts. We used Hubspot to bring it all together.

Inbound Marketing Project Manager

I was hired to implement a model of Inbound Marketing based on Hubspot’s
methodology for a software and IT company in Mexico. The project required a
complete restructuring of the brand’s digital presence, which included the
development of a company blog, growing several mailing lists, and setting up
an automated sales funnel. The project has been successful in finding new
contracts for the company and still runs to this day.
