Currently, I am employed at Honeywell as a Technical Support Professional, a role I was promoted to in
November 2024. I provide advanced technical support for fire protection systems, assisting fire technicians
with Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACP), their components, and add-on modules while ensuring full compliance
with state and regulatory requirements. In this position, I also perform call quality evaluations, deliver technical
training, and handle case escalations involving complex system issues.In addition to my core responsibilities, I actively contribute to cross-functional projects, including the
development of instructional “how-to” videos by participating in script creation, recording photos and videos,
and editing final content. I also assist in creating, reviewing, and correcting technical informational articles used
for troubleshooting and configuring FACPs and related devices. Furthermore, I help develop hands-on lab
practices to support employee training and skill development. I participate in and lead tier meetings and
technical briefings, and I support operational oversight by helping ensure schedule adherence and proper
auxiliary time usage within a softphone-based work environment, maintaining availability for calls, projects, and
assigned tasks.
