I have worked for two years in a callcenter, providing technical assistance to North american customers related to their mobile phones. There, I had the opportunity to polish my English skills in a way that I wouldn't have been able to do somewhere else.
I also worked for seven months in a company that provided services related to security regulations in a working enviorenment. My job there consisted in writing reports based on the visits that the professionals did in different places.
