Rodrigo Albano

I ́ve started in the architecture field around 1997 as a building technician, where I ́ve created a business with two associates in 2003, conquering the first big client that followed me through today.

Facing some challenges, I ́ve realized that architecture has got some limits in the real world. Then I ́ve started studying 3D and special effects for movies and cinema, where I changed in 2008 my solo career creating my business. In the same year, I ́ve worked for a year as a contracted designer for a big Brazilian enterprise called Embraer S/A. I ́ve created 3D models and renders for executive airplanes and some commercial planes.

In 2010 Embraer contacted me again to work with them to build the interior of their first commercial aircraft just based on old technical drawings. After this job, Embraer closed a contract with my enterprise for nine years, where I´ve worked with models, movies, effects, and all that was asked to present new concepts and projects. Because of that, I ́ve joined significant events, such as LAAD (the biggest armaments fair in Latin America), building the images, movies, and VR projects for the KC390 airplane.

Also, I ́ve been to Paris Air Show, located in Le Bourget, working for 8 days inside the airplane on VR projects and all the materials created for this event.

In 2018 I started a software migration from 3DS Max to Houdini, focusing on procedural modeling, destruction, environment, and various effects to improve my actions as a 3D artist.
