Rodolfo Miguel C. Cresencio

I am a recent graduate with a degree in Information Technology, seeking an opportunity to begin my career in the IT industry. I have a strong interest in IT support, systems operations, and data-related work, and I am eager to apply the knowledge and skills I have gained during my studies in a professional environment. I am particularly interested in roles where I can continue learning while contributing to a team.

During my academic experience, I developed a basic foundation in troubleshooting computer systems, networking concepts, and system administration. I am comfortable working with computers, software applications, and basic technical issues. I am also familiar with using Microsoft Office tools.

I also had the opportunity to work on a project involving an IoT-based Water Quality Monitoring System. Through this project, I gained experience in research, data collection, and documentation. It helped me understand how technology can be applied to solve real-world problems, while also teaching me the importance of accuracy, system limitations, and clear communication when working on technical tasks.

As a beginner, I am highly motivated to learn and grow. I am willing to take on new challenges. I am comfortable following instructions, working in a team, and continuously improving my skills through training and hands-on experience. I understand the importance of providing good support, being patient, and maintaining professionalism when assisting users or handling tasks.

My goal is to build a strong foundation in the IT field by gaining practical experience and developing both my technical and problem-solving skills. I am committed to continuous learning and am excited about the opportunity to contribute to an organization while growing into a more skilled and capable IT professional.
