Professional experience
Revit Content Developer | Freelance (June, 2025 - Currently)
Key achievements:
-Engineered a High-Logic "Smart" Family: Developed a comprehensive demo family that automated
manual workflows previously performed by the in-house design team. Built-in parametric logic now guides
users through design limitations and hardware constraints, ensuring 100% compliance with manufacturing
coding and properties. Phase 2 scheduled for 2026
-BIM Content Optimization: take the lead on an exiting BIM project, to audit, detect areas of improvements
and update geometry align with technical documentation. By restructuring geometry rules and implementing
a new nested files organization, I reduced file sizes by 90% (from 15MB to 2.7MB) while expanding product
design options and functionality.
Revit Families Modeler | Anguleris Technologies. (June 2024- June 2025)
Contacted by Anguleris to:
-Collaborate closely with the drafting team to develop BIM content for manufacturers’ products. This
involves creating Revit families, Prototypes, templates, and other BIM content in accordance with industry
standards and guidelines, to be published at BIM Smith or for in-house client usage.
-Perform quality control checks to ensure the ANG BIM content standards are maintained.
-Work hand-in-hand with manufacturers and internal teams, managing projects and gathering the
necessary product information and data. Additionally, I provide support and guidance to manufacturers and
PM on BIM content creation and maintenance.
-Assist on Revit troubleshooting and Revit projects organization and delivery.
Revit Content Developer | Freelance (2015 – June, 2024)
-Planned, executed, and oversaw QA/QC for multiple large-scale Revit content projects, ensuring timely
delivery and adherence to industry standards.
-Developed over 300 highly parametric, motion-articulated Revit families, enabling realistic movement and
rotation of components for space calculation and product feature evaluation.
-Engineered custom Revit families to address AutoCAD to Revit transition, directly improving workflow
efficiency,
-Conducted rigorous QA/QC assessments on BIM content libraries of represented products 300+ , achieving
100% compliance with client requirements.

-Built and sustained long-term partnerships with international clients, earning recognition as a Top-Ranked
Freelancer and Top Plus status on Upwork, with a consistent 100% 5-star client rating for quality and
reliability.
-Delivered Revit content for the KGX1 Google Project in London, developing over 75 MEP specialized
families meeting specific project standards.
Job Captain & BIM Consultant | ENG (2011 – 2015)
-Leed project teams overseeing Revit modeling, content creation across architecture and MEP disciplines.
-Managed client communications, project demonstrations, and on-site consulting for international projects.
-Conducted QA/QC reviews, improving modeling consistency and efficiency.
-Delivered training and support to teams on best practices for Revit content development.
-Modeling MEP disciplines on a wide variety of BIM projects, 2D DWG to Revit 3D, converting Point
Clouds into Revit, creating 2D documentation, tagging, performing collisions reports, and coordination
modeling.
-Achievements: I was selected for 3-month Overseas Service Stay (OSS) for Camargo Correa (Salvador de
Bahía, Brazil) and 6-month OSS for Hemisul (São Paulo, Brazil). I was also asqued to participate as Speaker
at the SINDUSCON 2nd BIM Seminar in São Paulo, Brazil. Trainer and Consultant: developing Revit training
