My career trajectory reflects a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. As a Sales/Operations Manager at Ricko Services in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, I was responsible for building authentic, long-term client relationships and delivering compelling product presentations tailored to client needs. I consistently negotiated profitable deals and managed objections effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. My role also required frequent local travel—up to 50% of the time—to cover assigned sales territories, demonstrating my flexibility, resilience, and customer-centric approach.
In subsequent roles, including Sales Manager at Elinna & Co. Group and Sales Representative at Beta Wave Distribution Company in Marina, Lagos, I developed and executed ambitious sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
