Helping me carry out my tasks are some tools that I often use such as: Zendesk, Zopim, CRM, WFE, CyberSource, TeamViewer, and other web based applications. I am equipped with strategies in creating reports through Google Documents or Microsoft Excel or Word.
I have excellent communication skills. I am also a team player and a professional demeanor when it comes to work. I am a confident multi-tasker and I can work with minimal supervision.
