I am motivated and determined. I always go for quality over quantity. I make sure I do my work efficiently. 

I can also talk to different types of people in all walks of life, not just here in the Philippines but other countries as well such as the United States of America, New Zealand, Australia and Singapore.

I have had different experience in Business Process Outsourcing.

I was hired as Customer Sales Representative in a direct broadcast satellite service provider, I handle client's inquiry regarding billing, order of channels and specific programs and other stuff.

I got to experience being a Technical Support Representative as well in a Telecom company in New Zealand which handles clients who have issues with their internet connection.

Aside from being a Customer Sales Representative and Technical Support Representative, I was also hired as Mobile Technical Support and Chat Sales Support.

Overall, my work experience in Call Centers here in the Philippines is around 10 years.

Aside from those experiences, I was a Service Crew at the age of only 16 and worked my way up as Sales Representative in a Construction materials company here in the Philippines.

I also experienced being a Marketing Assistant and Roving Supervisor from a Jeans manufacturing company.

Overall, I can easily adapt to any work environment. I am a joy to work with as well. I make sure that the working environment is fun and that we have good camaraderie with my co workers. I believe that in order for you to succeed in life, you need to be flexible. I adjust with my environment.
