Hi, my name is Rodelio. But you can call me Lio. I am a university graduate with a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication.
The most recent employment I had is with a country-side Radio Broadcasting Company. I worked there as a Radio DJ. But prior to that, I used to work with different call center companies. I have handled accounts such as financial, telecommunication and satellite TV.
I used to work with West Contact Services in which we handled Chase Bank. We used to take calls from people who are calling to apply for a credit card. I have also worked as a Customer Research Representative for Optus. It's an Australian Telecommunication account, in which we do outbound calls. We made calls to customers who recently made contact with the company. We do surveys to gather feedback about their experience with our products and services.
I have also worked as an Inbound Sales agent for DirectTV, where we took calls for application for a satellite Television. We were expected to convert each call to a successful application.
Right now, I work at home as a freelance telemarketer, Appointment Setter, Sales Agent, Data Entry Specialist and Virtual Assistant.
I consider myself as very passionate when it comes to doing task given to me. I love travelling and meeting different people from different walks of life. It helps me learn new things everyday. You can also expect me to be more assertive about doing job responsibilities.
