I've been in a BPO industry for 9 years. I used to be a Customer Service/Technical Support for Intuit Turbo Tax, United Online and McAfee. I used to be Real-Time Analyst that primarily monitors queue and manage the Service Level of the program. I'm a graduate of Financial Management Accounting from Holy Angel University and I've also practice my accounting profession as an Account's Payable Accountant for almost 2 years.
