I am Rochlyn Tanjuan from Caloocan City, Philippines. This is my first time to work as a Virtual Assistant/Data Entry. I know that I don’t have any experience as Virtual Assistant but I am willing to be trained and gain more knowledge to be more efficient as a VA.
I worked as a Branch Coordinator before which is organizing and maintaining the data filing system. Not only a data filing system but I need to know the problem of the branch so that I can provide a right solution to a problem, provided support in accomplishing them, maintaining the store in good condition and focus the target sales. I also worked as a Customer Service representative. I handle calls regarding their order online, placing an order and gift cards. Some of my acquired skills are being well versed in MS Excel and MS Word, Internet research, Data Entry in Word, or Google Docs, Typing, Set-up Social Media Account(Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and Manage and Update Social Media Accounts.
I am an honest, hard working and self-motivated person. I would always love to take challenges in life. I'd love to learn new things so that will also enhance my knowledge and skills.
