Hi, my name is Rochie. I have 4 years of experience in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative, where I supported clients that had big accounts with UPS. In that role, I handled both email and call support, tracked packages, resolved customer concerns, and coordinated with internal teams to provide timely updates to the customer about their package status.
I also worked extensively with Salesforce CRM to manage cases and maintain accurate communication records. In addition, I have Virtual Assistant experience. For 1 year, I worked as a customer service email support using Gorgias, Outlook, and Shopify to track customer orders and inquiries. I also had 1 years of VA experience in an eCommerce position, where I posted Amazon deals on Instagram, responded to customer inquiries and requests in Sprout, and organized data in Airtable.
