I am a registered nurse with 1 and 6 months hospital experience. Being a nurse, I was able to acquire skills such as excellent communication skills - because we are the patient's advocate, good coordination with the team, keen observation to details, accurate documentation, and adaptable to any pressure. After working in the hospital setting, my career shifted in the business process outsourcing industry and became a customer service representative. In this field, I've been in Sales, Bank or Finance and Healthcare accounts. Most of the tasks were: receiving inbound calls, selling products and subscriptions/telemarketing, providing general information, transferring of calls to the right department, and going an extra mile to provide exemplary service to the customers or clients. I am now a single mom of two, a toddler and a 3-month-old infant so I'm seeking a home based job that can provide our needs while having the time to take care of them. This primary reason will be my motivation to work hard and show my dedication doing every tasks that will be assigned to me.
