I worked as a Customer Service Associate for 2 years, managing chat and email for an Australian Account. I was then promoted as an Escalation Officer and spent 6 years in that role. I have a background in E-commerce, Web and Graphic design. I completed Diploma in Web Development and Multimedia back in 2010.
My Contact Center experience gave me a lot of skills including Email, chat, inbound and Outbound calls.
I am currently working for an E-commerce Platform, providing customer support for building websites, technical issues and manage accounts for their customers.
