As a Loan Doc Specialist at Wells Fargo, I facilitate the gathering and preview
of condominium loan documents for underwriting review. The position primarily
involves the use of problem-solving, data entry & analysis, but I've also
managed to integrate a significant amount of coding into the position in order
to streamline and expedite its processes. Using Microsoft PowerShell, I
developed an app w/GUI to search, open, and create new & pre-existing
project folders to store documents. Using a combination of JavaScript and
jQuery, I developed several snippets of code to expedite note entry into webbased loan origination apps. And using Excel, I regularly use VLOOKUP
together with concatenation and Macros to create letter templates to be sent to
insurance agencies & HOAs.

This involved holding the AMC's and their appraisers responsible for meeting
service level agreements and exploring opportunities for creating competition
from other AMC's, and it involved contact internal WFHM contacts in order to
expedite turnaround times.
Daily operations involved utilizing several vendor aggregate and loan
origination systems, manipulating/designing spreadsheets to make a greater
use of daily reports, requesting documentation/origination documents from
processors and underwriters, maintaining detailed notes of appraiser trends
and responses, diagnosing the reason(s) for an appraisal's delay, and
following-up with AMC's regarding the specific cause(s) of delay.
This same position was held under two separate contracts: From August 2015
