Experience Professional Photographer Roberto Mango Photography 2010 - Present (10 years 9 months +) I am a professional interiors and architecture photographer, working locally and internationally, shooting Hotels and Real Estate and collaborating with architects and design studios on both private and commercial projects. Partner and Administrative Assistant Grand Hotel Cocumella 2017 - Present (3 years 9 months +) Family-owned business in which I am currently a working partner with administrative duties. I also oversee daily accounting tasks, including selecting suppliers and controlling on all kinds of purchases and expenses, where I managed to cut costs and improve sustainability. Having a strong interest in technology and engineering, I made a revision of the whole IT structure which lead to improved workflows, better time management and increased customer satisfaction, as well as the integration of a previously missing security system. Being a professional photographer, I renewed the pictures for both the hotel and the restaurants, and created some social media content. I also found my personal interest in design useful during the revision and gradual implementation of a new brand identity for the company. I re-designed one of the administration’s offices, focusing on a clean and shared space to encourage teambuilding and speed-up information sharing to ease the decision-making processes. I have co-managed one of the restaurants, mainly taking care of the finances and daily operations.
