Hello, my name is Roberta, and it's a pleasure to share a little about my journey and who I am.
At 34 years old, I have accumulated experience in several areas throughout my professional life, and this diversity has shaped who I am today. My career began at Faculdade Estácio de Sá, where I worked as an Administrative Assistant for eight years. During this period, I had the opportunity to explore different departments within the institution, improving my customer service, organizational, and communication skills. Commitment to excellence in customer service has always been a priority for me.
I am currently completing my Bachelor's Degree in Administration, a milestone that represents my dedication to education and professional development. Furthermore, I have solid training in Logistics, reinforced by a technician in this area, and acquired knowledge in Marketing.
My career is not limited to the administrative area. I had the opportunity to work at the reception of a gym, where I deepened my experience in customer service and contributed to the organization of the environment. In addition, I took on the role of Storekeeper, managing stocks, collecting materials, and ensuring stock maintenance.
My skills are diverse, including customer service, organization, logistics, and marketing. Interviews have always been a crucial feature of my career, allowing me to successfully face various challenges.
In my future professional career, I intend to continue exploring the areas in which I work, especially administration, logistics, and marketing. I am committed to contributing to the success of organizations, applying the knowledge and experience I have acquired over the years.
Outside of work, I like to seek out new learning, read about different topics and, whenever possible, travel to broaden my horizons.
I believe that each experience shapes our growth and I look forward to facing new challenges and continuing my journey of learning and development.
