Worked with several campaigns with TTEC, and I was working in customer service for WW (Weight Watchers), where I assisted customers calling in about their memberships and worked with them to make sure they were on the plan that was right for them. I also worked ARC (American Red Cross), where I spoke with citizens when it came to emergency service and sent information to citizens to help them plan for flooding and other emergencies.

If not able to the assistant, the customer, I would transfer to a Tier 2 Technical support agent.
