Experience:
Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and onboard/offboard employees
Fill open positions and advise on future needs
Source candidates using various channels (i.e. social platforms, personal networking,)
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
Ensure positive candidate experiences (feedback, managing expectations, timely responses)
Assist in employee retention and development
Organize and/or attend career fairs or other events
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Lead employment branding initiatives
Implement and manage overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
Coordinate and own the hiring and separation administrative workflow.
