Managed the design, build and launch of a self-service BI reporting dashboard that facilitated the monetization of sales and inventory data for vendor clients. Developed a three tier pricing plan that gave vendors multiple service levels ranging from basic monthly pdf reports thru a premium interactive web portal with data visualizations, custom reporting, and full API access.

Built a best-in-class shopping experience while leading cross-functional teams and product development plans. Analyzed traffic and customer behavior, using insights to improve UX / UI design and prioritize initiatives which increased conversion and improved customer experience.
