• Grew revenues from $0 at start up to $750,000 in 24 months in a very low reimbursement
environment by utilizing excess provider capacity in urban areas and designing a tele-system to
distribute these services to underserved areas. Current revenues exceed $1m annually.
• Guide efforts of county and state mental health agencies to improve staffing shortages within rural
communities enabling served counties to go from zero to full compliance with state prescriber level
service mandates. All serviced counties now meet state mandated staffing requirements.
• Added a second service providing medical oversight, in-facility medical services, training and QA
services to 12 long term care facilities serving the elderly and mentally ill.
