About

I've always been a tech enthusiast at heart. What drives me is the challenge of taking complex data and turning it into something people can actually use to make better decisions. Over the past ten-plus years, I've built a career doing exactly that, helping organisations understand their performance, set clear targets, and move in the right direction.

Right now, I'm working as a Sales Performance Manager at Columbus Communication (Flow), where I look after analytics and reporting for our Northern Caribbean and Cayman markets. A lot of my time is spent looking at sales patterns, building dashboards, automating manual processes like travel request forms, and making sure our sales teams have the visibility they need to hit their goals. Before that, I was a Business Intelligence Analyst, managing executive sales dashboards and making sure leadership always had accurate, up-to-date data at their fingertips.

I didn't start out in analytics. My early career was in customer support and escalations at Conduent (A Xerox Company), where I spent years on the front lines handling complex customer issues, managing teams, and learning how to stay calm under pressure. That experience taught me something I still carry with me today: data only matters if it actually helps people solve real problems. I also spent time as a Payroll Coordinator, which gave me a solid appreciation for operations, accuracy, and how different parts of a business have to work together to get things right.

I studied Management Information Systems at Excelsior Community College, where I picked up the technical side of things, database management, systems analysis, programming fundamentals. But honestly, most of what I've learned has come from jumping in, solving problems, and constantly looking for better ways to do things.

If I had to sum up what I'm good at, it's this: I take data, make sense of it, and help teams actually use it to improve. Whether that's designing a dashboard, analysing performance trends, or sitting down with a sales team to figure out what's working and what isn't, I enjoy being the person who connects the dots.

I'm pretty easygoing, I work well with others, and I genuinely enjoy helping people succeed. I'm always curious, always learning, and I bring that energy into everything I do. Right now, I'm looking for new opportunities where I can keep doing what I love, using data, strategy, and a bit of common sense to help organisations grow.
