In previously have experienced with BPO in 5 yrs. i have good communicative english speak and right also. To secure a position with a well-established organization where I can learn, share & explore my knowledge, experience, potential skills along with a stable environment which would help in my both professional & personal growth. Statement processing within given TAT.  Handling of more than 20 currencies including Cheque and Wire Payments.  Payment processing includes both MT103 and MT202.  Application knowledge of Global Pay plus, STARS & Flexcube etc.  Invoice processing and providing updates to client on daily basis.  Processing of the statements received on daily basis in MCP ( Multi Currency Processor) . Cross-Trained in 113 currencies and currently handling 20 Core currencies  Processing the statements that are received in the format of MT940 , MT950, Swift and ODE (Online Data Entry).  Currencies are processed in the system called MCP( Multi currency processor).  FT ( wire transfer) and Cheque based currencies are processed, where the Cheque based currencies are meet with return window/cut-off .  Payment life cycle of cheques from ordered to stop/paid/void.  Regular follow up with stakeholder and other internal teams incase of Non-receipt of statements via mail and over placing calls.  Generating the daily MIS and sending out the daily process reports on Reconciliation.  Responsible to achieve the Service Levels of the team and motivate team members to facilitate achievement of SLA.
