I am Robert N. Aquino, I am knowledgeable in Wordpress, cover designing, also basic photo and video editing, using basic formula and conditional formatting, and other features of Excel as well of other office applications. Wordpress - Ecommerce Website/Digital Marketing

Currently, I am lucky to have undergone training in digital marketing and e-commerce development given by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT). My case study during the training given by DICT is D’s Bayawan Products. I was also able to create an ordering system using the Woocommerce plugin. The website pages have been guided by the Yoast SEO plugin to make sure that the website will rank up on Google searches. During the entire course, I was able to familiarize myself with popular free graphics designer’s tool for editing pictures such as canva.com. I have also realized the importance of authentic and effective social media contents when posting for the business owner or even as a freelancer.

I also have a Contact Center Services NC II Certificate. I have developed an effective interpersonal communication skill, critical thinking and smooth transition in adopting new software templates. These skills have been put into test when I became a typesetter in a prestigious BPO company where my basic function was responsible for typesetting and carrying out the layout correction activity according to the SBU/Company’s productivity and accuracy standards and schedules. I also enhanced my skills in using office applications, email handling, research, and planning when I joined the milling company as an encoder. As an encoder, I act as an administrative aide. I prepare disbursement voucher and travel reimbursement/liquidation, furnish a copy of the document in all concerned offices and agencies, preparing milling shifting schedules for employees under my department and processing timekeeping authorization slip.
