I am a customer-centric and data-driven digital business analyst with experience working
within agile development environments, delivering products that customers want to use
and integrate into their lifestyles. I am currently looking for more avenues to add value and

MY ROLE IN SUMMARY
In my current role at Digital Bananas Technology, I am an invaluable member of the Digital
Product Innovation team that is responsible for the success of both the company’s and its
clients’ digital initiatives. I ensure the agile product development team works effectively
using design thinking, growth hacking and agile focused development principles. I have
been supporting the product owner in refining, grooming, translating and communicating
the product backlog to create features that achieve continuous customer engagement and
conversion which has led to 65% conversion rate as compared to the traditional real
estate industry average of 11% within 24 days post launch.

⇒ Responsible for supporting the product owner and scrum team in the Agile
engineering practices.
⇒ Advising the Product Owner and scrum team on the Agile approach to use
depending on objectives and deliverables (Scrum) and working closely with
DCOE (Digital centre of excellence) to support the SAFE framework.
⇒ Working closely with DevOps engineers and leading the Agile team to
manage the DevOps pipeline using tools like Jira, Trello and Confluence for
requirement engineering, sprint planning and managing sprints.
⇒ Engaging with RTEs (Release Train Engineers) to create release plans and
manage releases which has contributed to the overall digital product
Portfolio success within the Digital Centre of Excellence.
⇒ Actively planning, organising and leading road shows aimed at providing
insights into customer centric and data driven approach to product
development throughout organisation and as a result we experienced a
bounce rate of 20% from 40% on the online web portal and a 30%
reduction in checkout dropouts.
⇒ Working within cross functional departments (Product Innovation &
Strategy Team, Digital Marketing, Technology and Customer Success
Management) to give a holistic view of overall product progress in relation
to our digital transformation initiative.
⇒ Constantly supporting and guiding the Product Owner in creating and
evolving the Product roadmap, creation of epics, writing of user stories,
working closely with scrum team to estimate user stories using story points
and managing the product backlog in terms of refining, prioritising and
grooming.
⇒ Constantly collaborating with the Business Intelligence team within Product
Innovation, UX and Digital Marketing team to gain insights from customer
data (customer DNA – demographic, psychographic, behavioural data).
⇒ Using data visualisation tools such as Tableau and web analytics tools like
Google Analytics to create analysis of customer needs and map out
customer journeys in order to refine and improve the customer’s
experience.
⇒ Working closely with the dev team and web analytics team to identify what
to track across the end-users customer journey on landing pages, apps etc
then define and track metrics.
