Positions: Senior Programming Engineer – CastiaRX (part of Diplomat) formerly known as PTI (2008 – present) Responsibilities: Multitasking Development of VB.NET Projects, while converting Legacy software into .NET. Architect (start to finish) Projects as needed in Real Time environment. At times this required me to write SQL, create tables in multiple Schemas and create Oracle Packages to keep a development structure. Function as Full Stack Developer in Solo and Team Environments. Document and create visual processes of Development using Visio and Power Point. Automate processes such as Claim processes through development of Services over Network, Email and FTP. This includes creating Oracle tables and Large Packages to house the SQL Statements for the .NET programs. Create DLL’s to centralize key processes used within the IT structure. Creating a Distribution center for reporting customer Paid Claims in multiple formats such as HTML, XML, PDF and variable/fixed length formats. Reporting in PDF and Crystal Reports. Senior Programmer Analyst – Compaq/Hewlett Packard (1999 – 2006) Responsibilities: Create and Maintain legacy and new programs built for the department to be utilized throughout the whole company. This included training users and technical support 24/7. Supervise and train other programmers, somewhere overseas. Upgrade and Maintain department servers with software patches and technical support, on call 24/7. Coordinate and Supervise projects across multiple departments to meet project milestones. Developed and Maintained Web sites using Perl for internal customers to create Reports. Utilized different software packages to create reports, such as Business Objects and Info Reports which allowed internal and external customers to create Adhoc reports. Worked with DB2 Analysts to create database tables to allow for our Visual Basic programs to query the servers using SQL. Programmer Analyst – CSG (1995 – 1998) Responsibilities: Create and Maintained reports using Crystal Reports Create code for major projects using embedded C++ code. Senior Programmer II – First Data Resources (1990 – 1995) Responsibilities: Maintained software on 50 microfiche machines. Developed code to minimize the processing time of microfiche. Create the only program that monitored where every microfiche job was in the 5 stations and stored all information into an Access Database which was used to create reports. Created any and all reports for Daily, Monthly and Yearly information. Trained all 300 employees to utilize the software I created. Helped install Networking for the 50 microfiche machines, saved company estimated 5 million in first year.
