While most people nonchalantly agree with everyone's opinions and beliefs, I don't. I am assertive especially when I know that my beliefs are nothing but the truth. I want people to consider the things I believe and prove to them that I'm right. With this, people would misunderstand me for being arrogant but that is certainly wrong. I reflect, ponder, and then decide what best benefits everyone. This makes me opinionated. Oftentimes, people would mistaken me as arrogant but in fact, I just simply stand for what I believe and that makes me who I am. My opinions and beliefs define who I really am and what I'm capable of. If I cannot fight for what I believe is right and just be swayed by others opinions, then I am defined by them and not myself. And that does not make me me.

For most of my teenage years, I learned to make decisions on my own. I am grateful to my parents for leaving decision-making to me at a young age. This shaped me to become decisive as I grow up. I become pretty reliable and self-sufficient, and that is something I am always proud of myself. I am known for being a problem-solver. Pretty much the price of having to decide on my own comes with either dealing with the consequences that come after or finding ways on how to resolve those problems to avoid consequences. And it has always been the latter. This makes me purposeful, always having a resolve. 

All these characteristics reveal my true nature, a goal-oriented person. Everything I do has always been in line with my goal, and that is to become a better version of myself, and thus making my presence more beneficial to those that are around me, not just to the people I work with and meet every now and then, but also to the whole organization.
