I have 2 years experienced with project management job, first 6 months was on my OJT period, I fortunately got absorbed right away even I'm still student in a Planning Department. I was the one who planned for the daily production to be produced. It was a challenging since it needs a critical and analytical thinking to scheduled what to produced on a daily basis, you must check first the availability of raw mats and the quantity of the order of the customer to avoid over production.

The next 1 and 1/2 years experienced was my previous job, in a Process Department. They considered us the brain of the company, because we are the one whose in-charge to make improvements, find countermeasures if problems in production encountered, Work Instruction, Work Manual and Work Standard making, relayout and etc. 

Also I had a training on VA Bootcamp and Home-Based Connect, I got certificates too. I practiced my skills on canva by accepting invitations making, Tarpaulin layout and Logo and Stickers.
