I graduated at Holy Cross of Davao College of Bachelor of Secondary Education. After I graduated I decided to change my career I became a call center representative. My goal is to send myself in a review center so that I will get my license. At that time, I’m a call center representative at night and early in the morning I need to go to school to attend my review class. I know it’s difficult but I succeed I got my license. I know how it felt, especially over flowing of pressure being an agent and an examiner for board examination. The account that was assigned to me before I consider it as a very difficult and challenging account because you don’t know what type of call will be routed to you it can be inquiring about the bill, technical issues like their internet service is not working so you need to assist the customer do a troubleshooting steps , process a new order to the customer and sell cell phone and tablet, offer upgrades and add ons to the customer, schedule a technical dispatch for the installation of the internet service, offer maintenance plans to the customer plus you need to maintain average handle time (AHT) and also customer survey. You need to be master of everything and be knowledgeable enough. For almost two years, I’ve been working as a customer service representative ATNT billing and sales in Davao City. I have a background in customer service, technical support, chat support since this account is one of the biggest and complex account in US. I believe given with that experience and expertise I can easily adjust the only difference is that I will be working in my house in my comfort zone.
