I've worked as Virtual assistant for a moving services company and had the success in customer support by phone, text, email and chat and other administrative task. Role was to answer all client's inquiry about moving.
I've also worked as a Senior Customer Service Representative for 8 years in the BPO industry where we cater customer service support for a financial account. I was one of those responsible in receiving escalated calls, customers requesting to speak to a Manager or a Supervisor. I was part of the SME or the “Subject Matter Experts” team wherein we also support the entire production on all questions and inquiries about our product.
