I am a dedicated professional with a diverse background in education, business analysis, and customer service. Currently, I work as a Freelance ECA Assistant Coach in Bangkok, where I help plan and deliver engaging training sessions for students. This role has taught me how to create positive learning environments, track progress effectively, and collaborate closely with both students and team members.

Before this, I worked as a Business Analyst at Phee Central Limited, where I focused on improving logistics and warehouse management. I designed strategic solutions, analyzed data, and led projects that boosted efficiency and reduced costs. My work included creating dashboards, preparing reports, and streamlining processes—experiences that sharpened my problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

In addition to my analytical experience, I have a strong foundation in customer service. During my time as a Customer Service Executive, I managed key accounts, coordinated logistics operations, and handled customer inquiries with care. This role taught me the importance of clear communication, patience, and adaptability in providing exceptional service.

I’m currently pursuing an MBA in International Business Management at the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, which is helping me deepen my understanding of business strategies and leadership. My academic journey began with a Bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering, where I graduated with a GPA of 4.80 and developed a solid foundation in technical and research skills.

Over the years, I’ve also earned certifications in warehouse management, digital marketing, and ISO 9001:2015 interpretation. These reflect my passion for continuous learning and growth. Beyond my professional work, I’ve participated in events like the Youth Speak Forum and strategic management training, which have fueled my interest in collaboration and creative problem-solving.
