I am a degree holder in Business Administration major in Management. I had my internship in a health insurance firm (Philhealth Dumaguete), one of my assignments was at the Customer Service Desk, assisting with inquiries regarding health insurance. I had several jobs way back in college, a student assistant, and a preschool tutor teacher. I am also a networker, which I believe is a plus since I gained enough experience in persuading people to avail of our products. My first job after college was at Qualfon Inc., a Customer Service Representative, and was promoted to Tier 2 which is the Supervisors group for 2 years, which also taught me to do up selling and handle complaints. My previous job is at ECE Contact Center as a Chat Support Specialist under the escalations department. We were assigned to process refunds and handle supervisory chats.
