I’m an Executive Assistant for over 15 years.
I love learning and growing with the business I am with.
I supported C-Suite and Executive Office; this includes Calendar Management, organizing, and scheduling of all Management, Executive, Board, and Stockholders meetings. I do minutes of the meeting, monitor and make sure that actions items are being done, proofread articles written by the Executives, manage the email of our Investor Relations team, and prepare the Daily Sales Report summary for our General Manager. We use Office 365 and outlook; MSteams, zoom, and amazon chimes for our virtual meetings.
I can work hard and be persistent to learn things so I could work well even if I'm just starting. I can work under pressure and still be reliable.
Now, that we are facing a very challenging situation…I am really determined to shift to Working from Home because I feel that it’s the best option for me and the safety of my family without sacrificing my career and securing my financial growth.
