My name is Ritz Vincent Culanag, and I am a Virtual Assistant that helps people reach their goals one step at a time. From managing emails and calendars, to handling calls, and booking events. I always like to plan out the things that I want to do before I do my job so that I won’t be lost in the middle of making it. To-do list programs such as Trello, Todoist, Taskade, and more really help me in organizing and prioritizing the things that I want to do first.

As for the actual job, I make sure that every little detail is there, from the smallest things to the more obvious ones. I always double check everything to make sure that everything I do is intact, and that all the details needed are present. From emails to be sent to the respective clients, to making sure presentations are complete, to all of the data being cleaned, organized, and duplicates are removed. And finally when it comes to graphic design I always make sure that it is exported to the highest quality.
